Welcome to Noah Garden Rooms. This building has been hand crafted in our Shropshire based workshop.

All our Georgian garden building range come with FREE DELIVERY AND FITTING within 150 miles of our show site.  Want to customise your building? Our Georgian garden room range is a premium model with hand made joinery windows and doors. Doors come complete with lock and handles. With a classic Georgian design yet modern twist, it adds a very special feature to your garden.

The size of the building in the photos is 10ftx6ft, but feel free to customise the size below

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

  • Ex 22mm Heavy Duty Interlocking Cladding (Walls);
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
  • Structural Grade OSB 3 roof;
  • Structural Grade OSB 3 floor;
  • 6ft 8 to the eaves (externally);
  • 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
  • Choice of Georgian glass double door 1155mm x 1934mm or single door 810mm x 1934mm complete with lock and handles;
  • Up to 4 x Georgian fixed windows 468mm x 999mm (opening windows available for additional fee);
  • 2ft roof canopy;
  • EPDM Rubber roof;
  • Damp proof course.

    Our ground screw base foundation are an environmentally friendly solution that is quick and easy to install in soft ground. It's low impact on local wildlife and immediate load ability means you save time, money and the environment. This solution also means there is no need for digging, concrete and general mess you would normally create with a traditional foundation, saving time & extensive labour. Our ground screw base option includes the materials required and professional installation by one of our teams at Noah.
