Sports Pavilions
Match day puts a building to work. Players arrive together, equipment needs a home and volunteers need space to keep things moving.
We build modular sports pavilions and cricket pavilions in our Shropshire workshop and install them on your ground with our own team. Tell us what the club needs, from a single club room to changing rooms, a kitchen and a covered veranda facing the pitch, and we will scope it with you.

Start with the equipment supplier's requirements, then plan the playing area and space for people watching or waiting.

For temporary and industrial building enquiries, visit Noah Building Systems and discuss the project through that site.
Start with who arrives, where they go and what they bring. Consider players, officials and visitors separately, then look at the points where their routes meet.
If changing areas are part of the brief, explain how teams will use them and whether different groups need separate access. Think about muddy equipment and the route back from the pitch.
Include the quieter days too. Committee meetings or training sessions may use the building differently from a weekend fixture.
Separate essential facilities from future ideas. A club room and equipment store have different requirements from showers, toilets or a food preparation area.
Identify which facilities already exist nearby and which the new pavilion must provide. Any plumbing, drainage or specialist fit-out needs a confirmed scope; it is not implied by the word pavilion.
If your sport has governing-body requirements or a funding brief, share those early. They can affect the layout and the evidence needed for the project.
List the items that need to be kept inside and measure the largest ones. Allow for doors opening, equipment being moved and people using the space at the same time.
Think about access outside normal club hours. A separately accessed store may be worth discussing if volunteers need equipment without opening the whole building.
Confirm any heavy storage loads before the base and floor specification are agreed.
Share photographs of the proposed position and the route from the road. Explain any restricted delivery access and how the site is used during the playing season.
Consider the paths between the pavilion, pitches and parking. The external route is part of the overall project even where it sits outside the building quotation.
The base, ground conditions and service routes need assessing for the proposal. A level-looking area does not establish that all necessary site work is complete.
Agree the building specification alongside the club's requirements for access, cleaning and regular use. Heating, ventilation, electrical work and any wet facilities need to be identified individually.
Connection to the site's electrical supply is included only if expressly stated in the quotation. Separate work should be confirmed before the club commits to the project.
Ask your project advisers to establish the applicable accessibility, fire and building requirements. Planning should be checked with the local authority for the site and intended use.

Include them in the enquiry. Feasibility, layout, service connections and the work Noah can offer need confirming for the project.
Explain each intended activity and the numbers using it. A meeting layout may work differently from a match-day arrangement.
Share the exact guidance before the proposal is agreed. We cannot promise compliance from a general building description.
Treat them as separate fit-out items unless itemised in the quotation. Their dimensions are still needed when planning the layout.
Tell us the dates you are working towards. The programme needs agreement after the design, site requirements and availability are checked.
