Our new website is live. We rebuilt it around the questions customers ask us most: which range suits the way you will use the building, what it will cost, and what it looks like in a real garden. Watch the short tour, then read on for what you can now do.

Design your garden room and see the price

Our online configurator takes you through six steps: the range, the shape and size, the structure and cladding, the doors and windows, the finishing touches and your price. You see the building change in 3D as you choose, and the price updates with every option.

The price is an instant guide rather than a formal quote. When you are happy with your design, send it to us and the team will come back with a full quotation for your garden.

Compare all five ranges side by side

Garden Buildings, Garden Pods, Garden Rooms, Signature Garden Rooms and Granny Annexes are now set out together, with what each one includes for insulation, electrics, finishes and foundations. It is the quickest way to see where the ranges differ and which one fits your plans. See all five ranges.

From-prices include VAT, at October 2026. Garden Buildings, Pods, Garden Rooms and Signature use an 8 × 6ft building in their standard features with their cheapest door. Granny Annexes use a 16 × 10ft pent studio with timber cladding, one glazed single door, no windows, a standard 1ft canopy, steel chassis, GSB foundation and white 32A electrics with four double sockets and six spotlights. No kitchen or shower room fit-out is selected; both are optional quoted upgrades, including internal plumbing. Mains connections are customer-arranged or separately quoted by Noah.

Visit our indoor showroom

Our showroom in Telford is indoors, so you can walk inside full-size garden rooms whatever the weather, compare the ranges and see the cladding up close. It is open six days a week: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 15:00. You can book a showroom visit online.

No. It is an instant guide price for the design you build. When you send your design to us, the team checks it with you and prepares a formal quotation.

When is the showroom open?

Our indoor showroom at Unit A, Halesfield 8, Telford TF7 4QN is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 9:00 to 15:00. You can book a visit online or call us on 0333 051 0852.
