FAQ
Delivery
We deliver to most parts of England and Wales, but unfortunately we don’t deliver to Scotland or Ireland.
Please contact one of our team members to find out if can deliver to your location.
Delivery is free to people within a 150 miles of our show site in TF10 9BY.
If you’re outside this mileage, then please contact us before ordering for an estimated delivery fee.
Delivery time varies depending on how busy we are. All our products are bespoke and handmade, which means the delivery time for each order is different. We will be able to give you a firm delivery date once we’ve processed your order.
Installation service
Noah Garden Rooms also provides a professional installation service for all of our products, saving you time and the hassle from doing it yourself. We’ll bring the materials to your site at a time convenient to you and install the building using our expert teams.
How do I qualify for your installation service?
You must meet certain requirements in order to qualify for this service:
- There must be clear access to installation site. Due to insurance regulations, we cannot carry the materials or our equipment
through your house. We are also unable to lift the materials over walls, fences and garages. It is also important to consider tight
corners, steps and steep slops when considering your access. - We need a clearance height of at least eight feet.
- You must have a solid and level base already installed at the site.
If you are unsure, we will ask for photographs prior to delivery to confirm that we can install. If you do not meet these requirements, then we reserve the right to withhold our installation service. We will drop off the materials at your premises without installation and collect any outstanding balance. If you fail to pay any outstanding balance, then Noah Garden Rooms will return
the materials back to our site.
If you do not meet the requirements, we do have a delivery only option. This would be a curb side delivery and you would require at least 2 people to take and unload the building. We will provide fitting instructions for you.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards (excluding American Express), cheques (must clear 7 days prior) or Paypal.
Depending upon your order, you may be asked to pay a deposit upon order. This is usually for bespoke orders or where items need to be purchased especially for your order.
You can pay in full when making your order or you can place a 25% deposit and pay the remaining balance which is due 14 days before the delivery date.
Buildings
We sell sheds, summerhouses, workshops, garages, log cabins, stables, dog runs and more. We handmake all our buildings ourselves from the finest quality redwood timber. All buildings can be customised to your specifications.
Yes – we offer a fully bespoke service. If you have specific requirements, then please email us with a sketch detailing what you require. We will then provide you with a quote for this.
All our buildings have a long lifespan thanks to the tanalisation of our timber. Tanalisation is a process where we impregnate the wood with a preservative called Tanalith E. This increases the lifespan of the timber by making it resistant to fungus, insects and rot.
However, we strongly recommend that you apply an oil-based sealer yourself to make your building fully waterproof and to help with the buildings lifespan.
No, our buildings are not waterproof. You will need to apply an oil-based sealer yourself to make your building waterproof. We do take measures ourselves to prevent water from entering (e.g. with roofing felt, silicon beading and facias). Also, our timber is tanalised, which makes it resistant to damp and mold. However, this does not mean our buildings are completely waterproof. So, we highly recommend that you invest in waterproofing treatment, especially if there will be electrical appliances inside your garden building.
